Our Story — Born from a Mother’s Love

I’m Ali Abid, and EQiiHA Foods is not just a business to me — it’s a tribute to my mother, to every woman who spends her life cooking for her family, and to the love that’s poured into every desi meal.

I grew up in a Punjabi household where food was everything. It wasn’t just about eating; it was about family, tradition, and hospitality.
But behind every delicious dish were hours of hard work — work I watched my mother do every single day.

The Moment That Changed Everything

I remember hot summer afternoons when guests were expected.
Before the main dish even started, my mother would spend hours in preparation — peeling garlic, chopping onions, slicing tomatoes, crushing ginger, and making the handi masala from scratch.
By the time she finally sat down to eat, she was tired, her dupatta damp with sweat from standing in front of the stove all day.

That image stayed with me. And one day, I thought:
“Why should my mother — or any woman — have to spend so much time and energy for something that can be made easier, without losing the love or taste?”

The Start of Our EQiiHA Handi Masala Journey

I decided to create something that would keep the same authentic flavor but remove all the unnecessary struggle.
That’s how EQiiHA Handi Masala was born — an all-purpose, ready-to-use gravy, cooked in premium oil with organic ingredients.

No chopping. No peeling. No mess.
Just open, pour into a pan, add your chicken, meat, or vegetables, and let it cook until tender.
The same taste… without the hours of labor.

We knew this had to be as safe as it was delicious.
We shared samples with family, friends, and neighbors — and the feedback was outstanding.

To ensure top quality, we got it tested and approved by both the Punjab Food Authority and PCSIR Lab (Approval Ref: M-66/07 Rep/652).
This stamp of approval meant our product wasn’t just tasty — it was safe, clean, and trusted.

Our First Step — 2019

After registering our company and trademark, we officially launched EQiiHA Foods in 2019.
The response was beyond our expectations — orders poured in from all over Pakistan.

In just a short time, we delivered over 500,000 orders.
It was clear: we had solved a real problem for home cooks everywhere.
