š§ Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
2 tbsp EQiiHA Handi Masala
2 parathas or wraps
Optional: onion slices, chutney
šØš³ Method:
In a pan, add EQiiHA Handi Masala and mashed potatoes.
Mix well and cook for 2ā3 minutes.
Spread this mixture evenly on a warm paratha.
Add onion slices, roll it up, and serve hot.
ā Serving Suggestion:
Serve with ketchup or mint chutney for extra flavor.
