Chicken Pulao using EQiiHA Chicken Danedar

2 cups basmati rice (soaked 20 minutes)

500g chicken (bone-in preferred)

2 tablespoons oil

2 spoons EQiiHA Chicken Danedar (250g bottle)

4 cups water

Optional whole spices: cinnamon, cardamom, cloves

Optional: salt, pepper, and green chili to taste

Heat oil in a pot and add whole spices (if using).

Add chicken and fry until light golden.

Add salt, pepper, and green chili. Stir in the soaked rice and pour in 4 cups of water.

Add 2 spoons of EQiiHA Chicken Danedar and mix gently.

Cover and cook on medium heat until rice is fully done and water evaporates.

Fluff gently with a fork and serve hot with raita or salad.
