Chicken Meatballs Curry using EQiiHA Chicken Danedar

π§ Ingredients:
500g chicken mince
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Β½ tsp salt
ΒΌ tsp chili flakes
1 egg
EQiiHA Chicken Danedar
2 tbsp oil
π¨π³ Method:
In a bowl, mix chicken mince, salt, chili flakes, coriander, and egg until well combined.
Shape into small, even-sized meatballs.
Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry meatballs until golden (do not fully cook at this stage).
Pour in 2 spoons EQiiHA Chicken Danedar, stir gently, and cover.
Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat until the meatballs are fully cooked and infused with flavor.

Best served with naan, boiled rice, or paratha.
