š§ Ingredients:
1 kg chicken (boneless or bone-in)
1 packet EQiiHA Handimasala (450g ā enough for 1 kg handi)
Optional: fresh coriander, green chilies for garnish
Optional: EQiiHA Chicken Danedar for extra flavor boost
šØš³ Method:
In a pan, add EQiiHA Handimasala.
Stir in the chicken and mix well.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes, until the chicken is tender and the gravy thickens.
For a richer taste, sprinkle a little EQiiHA Chicken Danedar to enhance the already perfect spices of the handi.
ā Tips:
Serve hot with naan or rice.
No need to add oil, onions, garlic, tomatoes, or extra spices ā everything is already in the masala!
